Safeguard critical information more easily: If a caller has a court-ordered relationship, this information is immediately displayed in the screen pop-up. Schools can also add Pinned Notes to accounts, which automatically appear as soon as a parent calls. Additionally, schools can request that CPOMS filters, such as “Monitored Student”, be displayed on the screen for added context.
Instantly notify staff of the caller: A further time-saving tool is the built-in email compose tool, which automatically fills in key information based on the caller. With this tool, you can simply enter the name of the person you’d like to notify about the call, with the option to include a note if needed.
